This is a courtesy translation of the Italian privacy notice. In case of any discrepancy, the Italian version prevails.

This notice explains how the personal data of people who visit the website privatevintagecollections.it or contact us is processed, pursuant to Articles 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

2. What data we process and why

Contact form. If you write to us through the form, we process the data you enter: first and last name, email or phone number, the text of your message and, if you clicked from a piece's page, the name of the item. We use it only to reply to your request. Legal basis: pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). Providing the data is optional, but without it we cannot reply.

Contacts via WhatsApp or email. If you write to us on WhatsApp or by email, we process your number or address and the content of the messages, only to reply. WhatsApp is a Meta service, which processes data according to its own notice.

Browsing data. As with any website, the hosting provider records technical data such as the IP address, the date and time of the visit, the pages requested and the browser type. It is needed for the operation and security of the site, on the basis of legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). We do not use it to profile you.

3. Cookies and tracking tools

This site does not use cookies or other tracking, analytics or profiling tools, and does not load resources from external domains: fonts and icons are hosted on the site itself. If any are introduced in the future, we will update this notice and, where required, ask for your consent.

The site contains links to external services (WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook). If you click them you leave the site and your data is processed by those services according to their respective notices.

4. Who receives the data

The data is neither sold nor disclosed. It may be processed by providers that assist us as data processors: Netlify, Inc. (site hosting and collection of form messages) and Google (the email inbox where we receive notifications). These providers are also based in, or have infrastructure in, the United States; transfers take place with the safeguards provided for by Articles 44 et seq. of the GDPR.

5. How long we keep the data

We keep messages for the time necessary to handle the request and, in any case, no longer than 12 months from the last contact, except for legal obligations or the possible conclusion of an agreement. Browsing data is kept by the hosting provider for the time strictly necessary for security purposes.

6. Your rights

You can request at any time access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing or objection to it and, where applicable, portability (Articles 15-22 GDPR), by writing to epoca356@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (www.garanteprivacy.it).

Any updates to this notice will be published on this page, with the date of the last update.
